  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • ⅓ cup sugar

  • ½ cup & 2 tbsp all-purpose flour

  • ½ tsp baking powder

  • 1 tbsp water


  • Place the eggs, honey and sugar in a large bowl and whisk well until the mixture becomes fluffy.
  • Sift the flour and baking powder into the bowl and mix until combined.
  • Chill the waffle batter in the fridge for 15 minutes.
  • Take the batter out of the refrigerator and stir in the water.
  • Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium-high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the pan, using approximately 4 tbsp for each waffle. Brown on both sides and serve hot.
  • *If you are using the mini waffle maker, remember to grease before pouring in 4 tablespoons (approx) of the batter, it takes 2-3 minutes to make.
