Strawberry Crepes

Ingredients:
- Crepe batter
154 g (1 cup) all-purpose flour
2 eggs
Pinch of salt
1-2 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp sugar
330 ml milk
1-2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- Decoration
1 cup cold heavy cream
1-2 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Sliced strawberries
Halved strawberries
Instructions:
- Crepes
- In a large bowl, combine flour, eggs, salt, vanilla extract, melted butter, and sugar.
- Gradually beat in milk until a smooth batter forms, using a whisk or electric mixer.
- Sift the batter into another bowl to ensure there are no lumps.
- Heat a lightly buttered crepe pan over medium-high heat.
- Pour or scoop the batter onto the pan, then tilt and rotate the pan to spread the batter thinly.
- Cook until lightly browned on both sides, about 1-2 minutes per side. Set aside.
- Decoration
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cold heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until medium peaks form.
- Spread whipped cream over each crepe and arrange sliced strawberries. Fold the crepes and top each with additional whipped cream and garnish with halved strawberries (like in the video).
