Ingredients

  • 3 bananas

  • 240g blended oats or oat flour

  • 60g cocoa powder

  • 100g peanut butter

  • 50g honey (or another sweetener)

  • 3 tsp baking powder

  • Pinch of salt

  • 2 tsp instant coffee powder

  • 180 ml milk

  • Dark chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 180C/350F.
  • In a large bowl mash the bananas.
  • Add and mix the blended oats (oat flour), cocoa powder, peanut butter, honey, baking powder, salt, instant coffee and milk.
  • Spoon the mixture into the muffin cases, sprinkle the chocolate chips and bake for 12-15 min.
  • Take the muffins out of the oven, let them cool and enjoy!
